Cash For Houses, I would recommend for anyone. My house was about to go to Foreclosure and was saved. The person in it was not making payments and I got the call after 4 payments had not been made and Cash for Houses came in and got it sold for me. I walked away without paying anything.

For a number of reasons, i needed to sell my home in a hurry. Long before the house was ready to be shown, a young man who is very nice to his grandpa, was recommended to me as a buyer of houses. I rarely take the time to thank people after a real estate transaction (because normally there is not much to thank). But let me thank you (personally) so much for your involvement with the Satsuma property. Susan’s dads dementia, hospitalization and consequential necessity of the sale of his homestead could have been a nightmare. I thought you might have bitten off more than you could chew by promising a 7 to 10 day close… but you didn’t. You came through exactly like you promised. Additionally let me thank you also for understanding our flakiness in our changing the closing date due to our situation.
